Paul Jones, President

With a BS Degree from IUPUI in construction management, Mr. Jones is an ongoing successful owner of a construction company. He has joined with PDM Property Concepts Inc to bring together his vast experience and network of clients. Paul Jones has been in the construction industry for over 22 years. He has held positions as Vice President of Construction & Sales and Director of Construction Management at various construction cooperations.

 

Doris Jones, Chief Operations Officer

Obtaining an AAS Degree in Management from IUPUI. Doris Jones coordinates management of all rental units. She has worked for several independent management organizations over the past 15 years. She manages all aspects of the property management including tenant screening, leasing construction and maintenance coordination of residential units and tenant relations.

 

Janice Schultz, Office Manager

With an AA Degree in Education from Ivy Tech, Ms. Schultz prior experience includes customer Service Manager at Geico Insurance Company. She coordinates and manages all data entry, accounts payable, payroll and assisting with HR issues. Instrumental in creating organizational and program guidelines.

Vernon Eversole, Lead Builder

Vernon brings over 30 years of experience in the building industry. He brings a wealth of knowledge and works closely with city inspectors to bring projects to code.

 

Freddie Starts, Maintenance Supervisor

Freddie has over 30 years in the rehab business. He started as a union member and ventured out on his on mainly in the drywall industry. Mr. Starts has an excellent eye for detail and is a valuable asset to the PDM team.

 

Carl Porter, Construction Liaison

Carl is a trim carpenter by trade and has over 30 years in the business. He serves a project lead on many of the large projects. He interfaces and works with the ground crews and relates communication to the management staff.
